As a Landscape Architect, I am very passionate about public space. I advocate for quality design through my professional project work and feel that there is also a need to educate the public on the both the meaning and importance of public space in our built environment. This is the first of a five part series called “What is a Park? ” where I will use photography, video, interviews and drawings from the stakeholders of parks as a means of advocating for quality public space.
